Today, we were talking about making a little jingle or song for Bliss Boarding, and Scott mentioned Gene Autry and the song, “Happy Trails to You.” It’s an oldie, but a goodie, here’s a link to a youtube video from the old Statler Brothers Show. Enjoy!
Roy Rogers born Leonard Franklin Slye (Nov 5, 1911 – July 6, 1998), was an American singer and cowboy actor, one of the most heavily marketed and merchandised stars of his era. He and his wife Dale Evans, his golden palomino Trigger (horse), and his German Shepherd dog Bullet, were featured in more than 100 movies and The Roy Rogers Show. The show ran on radio for nine years before moving to television.
The Roy Rogers Show ws an American Western television series that broadcast 100 episodes on NBC for six seasons between December 30th, 1951 and June 9th, 1957.
